PenBreeze provides done-for-you short-form content services on a monthly basis, free tools, and educational resources. We also promote third-party products as an affiliate. Specific deliverables are described on the relevant service or package page.

• Monthly packages are billed as recurring subscriptions through Stripe until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future billing. Access and work continue through the end of the paid period.
• Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice.

Because our packages involve work performed on your behalf, fees for work already delivered are generally non-refundable. If something isn't right, contact us and we'll work to make it right.

• Provide accurate information and any materials needed for us to deliver your content.
• Ensure you have the rights to any content, footage, or brand assets you supply.
• Use our tools and services lawfully and as intended.

Some links are affiliate links (including to Digital Wealth Academy). Purchases of third-party products are governed by that provider's own terms; we are not responsible for third-party products or services.

We bring real expertise and effort, but we do not guarantee specific results such as follower counts, views, sales, or income. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

Content we create for you under a paid package is yours to use once paid. Our website, branding, tools, and templates remain our property. Don't copy or resell them without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PenBreeze is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding month.

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which PenBreeze operates, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be subject to the courts located there.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
